Everything was completed in a timely manner and was accurate. I was kept informed during the process.
Waited a total of 3 hours for work to be done. Tried to tell me that I needed $2700 of extra work done. - including rear brakes which I just had replaced 4 months ago. I do not feel that I can trust them.
Service rep was friendly and knowledgeable. I would have liked to be in and out in under an hour. It was close, maybe an hour 30 minutes.
They have Excellent service and fantastic communication on car service always happy to help and friendly.

Went in for an oil change. Asked about a couple of codes the car had. but was told to make a different appointment for that. I have been in there at least 5 times in the past 2 months for something. been having and was told to make another appointment. It's frustrating that they couldn't run a quick check and then tell me I would have to return if they were serious codes.

Bad customer service due to not offering promotion price for oil change. I was quoted $121.00 for the oil change but service advisor did not offer the promotion being offered on the dealership website. At checkout, the cashier was unhappy that she had to recalculate the invoice.
We had a very good experience !! Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. I did not feel rushed or pushed into a decision. Don was great and so helpful, but was never pushy or arrogant. Kai Whithers was probably the best finance person we’ve ever dealt with. He let me make the decisions I wanted to have with my financing. I am very happy with that !!! Excellent experience from start to finish. Juan was friendly and knowledgeable and listened very well so he was able to get me exactly what I wanted .. and then helped me get it all set up, which could have been a daunting process with all the new technology. I felt comfortable and appreciated through the entire process. I would highly recommend and intend to use them for future service.
Took my Rogue in for service due to a recall alert I received. I was prepared to sit and wait awhile, but they had me in an out very quickly. I was pleased with the speed and courtesy. They also washed my Rogue which was nice.

They are prompt in letting you know about recalls that you need to have done and they will get you in soon to get it done.
Recall appointment easy to schedule. Started service on time and finished within an hour. Service advisor is knowledgeable about my vehicle and what it needs.
Service was fine but when I got home I was missing a cover for my front rim. The bolt was there but cover missing. I went to service area and they said it was on or it fell off. He also said that it could have been broken but if it was, he should have mentioned it to me before I left. Now I have to drive around missing it until your service department gets a replacement.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment for 7:30 am. I dropped my vehicle off and the service advisor confirmed my information and phone number to reach me once done. I've been taking my vehicle to them for 4 years and never once had an issue. The normally call me and communicate with an update on my car and give me an ETA once completed. It took over 2 hours to get my oil changed. That wasn’t terrible, however; the lobby area was crowded and not accommodating for a crowd or very long wait time. My tech was very nice and explained needed repairs well.
Great customer service from making the appointment, following up with needed services and when the car would be ready, to washing it before I picked it up.
David was extremely helpful in rescheduling my recall appointment and called me to let me know that the parts were in and when I showed up David made sure I was given immediate attention and that the process was completed as promised
We purchased a truck but neededmore features. They were able to get another truck from their inventory that met our needs we were very pleased that it fit within our original budget.
As usual, it was a good service. Just needed the oil and filter changed on my Nissan Rogue.

Ryan greeted me when I arrived, reviewed the oil change warranty with me, updated me on my car's service status, suggested I obtain the brake fluid change -which I did - due to it being at 20,000 miles, and informed me that my car was ready. The dealership was open to negotiation for price of vehicle I purchased.Around 2000$ less than another dealership I've delt with.The only thing I didn't think I needed was the extra warranties,with a 250$ deductible.All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the cars.I would highly recommend this dealership.

My 2015 Nissan Murano required repairs. It would have cost more to fix the car than what the car was worth. I worked with Alston and Ethan, and traded my car for a 2025 Murano. I wasn't in the market for a new car, but they worked with me, which worked out financially.
I came all the way From Greensboro, North Carolina and was not really looking for a car, but knew that I had to get one because I was in a really bad accident that totaled my car.
